Sonneveld is playing a leading and innovative role in developing sustainable release agents and bread improvers in powder, liquid, paste and blockform.

In our European Bakery Innovation Centre, a substantial amount of real open innovation takes place for many companies and institutions globally. Here the translations take place of the latest consumer wishes into innovative concepts for contract R&D, Sonneveld and OFI. As a frontrunner in sustainability and data management in the bakery chain, these form also services offered by EBIC.

The specialisation of Sonneveld is only possible with a strong R&D department, which is a substantial part of Sonneveld’s resource.

Your background

  • You have a background in bakery or adjacent industries product development and a BSc or MSc level with more than average affinity with the above and the European bakery sector.
  • You have an analytical, innovative and commercial mindset.
  • Experience of more than 5 years in bakery ingredients is a great advantage.
  • Via your creativity and technological expertise, you are able to develop new product concepts in joint collaboration with other expertises in Sonneveld and OFI.
  • You are able to critically review your field of expertise and able to take part in critical customer teams.
